Writing Fuel Container
Upon waking, coming home from work, or perhaps putting a child down to rest, one is sometimes struck with the feeling that jotting down some words may be a fruitful use of time; and, after one does all the dishes, goes for a walk, and stares at the wall for a good long duration, it is time to begin. But where does one start? And with what method?
I have found that such tricky questions should be approached as one does an enraged hippopotamus, which is to say, not at all. Instead, one simply fills up their mug with a jugful of writing fuel, sits down, and throws their mind into the maelstrom.
And need one say that one’s preferred writing fuel—whether coffee, tea, or another beverage entirely—is best served within a ceramic cup dedicated to that exact service?
Coming in 11-ounce and 15-ounce sizes (those whose preference falls into the milliliter bucket—and none can blame them for this predilection—may simply interpret these numbers as “medium” or “large”), this ceramic friend is microwave and dishwasher safe. As the text on the back indicates, however, this mug’s contents do become 100% flammable.
Good luck, and may the words come easily to your grasp.
